There is a weather warning for freezing rain. The weather report for Montreal includes information about what to do if you have foraging livestock. Apparently animal reactions to ice storms are similar to those in blizzards.

Last year for my white Christmas tree, half the branches have turned tan.  :P

Yesterday I stopped and got a coffee and there was a single sock in the middle of the parking spot in front of Dunkin' Donuts,  when I arrived at where I was working there was another single sock of the same color in front of my van in the parking lot   :apondering:

More of a happy bitch.  I will probably NEVER understand the mind(s) of the intellectually impaired/developmentally disabled/mentally retarded.

The PR was at a club social (Christmas party) last night.  All of the members are impaired to some degree.  In no particular order, this happened:

PR snubbed the guy she made friends with after being scared shitless of him for 5 years.
Later on joked with him.

PR never wants to dance with anyone because she "has a boyfriend" (Internet Hollywood singer)
Dances (hand holding only) with a guy.

A girl that the PR went off on 2 weeks ago at bowling came up and hugged and talked to her for a while.  This girl wouldn't bowl with the group last week because she didn't believe the PR was banned for 2 weeks.

One other girl who never dances with a guy.  And danced on her own quite a lot.
A third girl had her first guy dance.

The PR actually wanted to have her picture taken with a fellow cheerleader sitting on her lap.  The cheerleader is pretending to drink and the PR is making a funny face.   

I know it's all good, but it sure does screw up what we're expecting to have happen with our girls.   :roar:   :hair:

I once found a bloody shirt and underwear inside a wall of a house I was working on :zombiefuck:  It looked to have been in there at least twenty years though and the current residents knew nothing about it when I asked as they had only bought the house about five years prior

It's intriguing how every few years new terminology pops up as pc.

Here people with a handicap had been transformed into "people with a distance to the job market". Now handicapped and unemployed and elderly are all thrown in the new pc terminology; "the inactive". Any action that does not create money for the person doing the action in the shape of an income is inaction nowadays in the Netherlands.

I've been inactive at work yesterday, I really did a lot.  :M

Wonder what new pc terminology will be invented to describe me, in a few years.
