The blackbird again was giving a show at 7:00 am. The ongoing drizzle is a spring drizzle. All autumn thoughts are gone.

Neighbour lady, straight across from my place, is trying to sell her house. Her husband died last year and..

There's now a big sign, from some real estate agency, in her garden. Wonder what she's asking for the house.

^ I will soon.. but cannot read the full name of the company or their interwebz address looking through my kitchen window. There's a street light (the post) blocking the sign.

Feel (=no sure) that the (average) price of these houses have dropped by around €30,000 since before the 'crisis'. Oh, not that it matters much, now.
