if theres bees in the trap im catching them, by the thorax and abdomen. and sanding there stingers down to a rough quill. then i dip em in ink and i scribble a bit, and if the wriggle than i tickle them until they hold still, let me say it again, in my land of pretend, i use bees as a mother fucking pen!

Just watched Kevin MacDonald's 'life in a day' on BBC2.. ended 5/10 minutes ago. Well, if you can find the over an hour full version of it I hope you'll watch it too some day. Not a waste of time, I'd say.. thinking it's awesome.. (but suit self ofc.)

This afternoon my brother in law Skyped me with the news that they (oldest sister, BIL, their two daughters) are going to move to Canada. His job/project in Abu Dhabi ended a couple of months ago and he found a new job with Jacobs in Calgary. Well, good for him/them.. and also a bit for me.. having a wish to visit Canada for years now. Um (also), are there jobs for woodworkers in that area?

It was more like just expressing a thought there. Visiting them, looking around, enjoying nature, 'sniffing' culture or just spending vacation time together is pretty cool for starters.. but to answer you question..

It's somewhere in between those, I suppose. Was thinking more in the line of making chairs, tables, garden furniture, deckings, log cabins, you name it. Making things out of good quality wood that yeah, look good too.

That vacation wouldn't be due to Spring '12 though. Dunno, later coming year?
