I was enjoying a late but delicious dinner.

  Please describe this dinner, and provide some for me.  :puppy:

It was the dinner I first had planned for yesterday.

Spiced rice with mushrooms and shallots. Fried tofu, well spiced too. A simple salad made of grated carrot and lemon juice. And a recipe I thought up for stir fried Paksoi, with garlic, pepper/ginger sauce and cashew nuts.

It was utterly delicious.

With it, water with lemonjuice.

I don't mind being alone on the site. Comes with the territory. But I do think that now I will go write that story that's been in my head and maybe play a little Civ before I sleep.
I might also make another place for CBC to postwhore.
