OMG I had one, 20-some years ago! My ADD diagnosis was years away at that point, I was doing poorly in college, and some doctor suggested it might be worth checking me out for a seizure disorder to explain my distractability...argh. Anyway, nothing abnormal showed up, but I still remember staying up all night before it, so I would fall asleep and my sleeping brain waves could be evaluated. Will your EEG be done that way?

It started to happen when I stopped drinking.  I had two in December, one in February, one in March.
