Last night I found my can opener!

Can openers are like staplers....there are only two types....working splendidly or working just enough to fuck up your attempts badly.

And it doesn't if they are cheep or expensive ones.  I have found the old ones work best

I usually don't like new inventions, but the poptop cans are really lifesavers with my aggravating can openers which either can't be found or don't work.  Spent $150 for an emergency room visit trying to open a can with a dull can opener and a butter knife.  Still have the partly cut tendon in my hand.

I just discovered some new "floaters" in my field of vision! 

Were you tired?  My doc told me when you tired you notice them more as you stop concentrating as much on focusing.  When I first saw mine I thought I had an eye injury or was going blind but he told me that I was just getting older and my vision was changing and being tired just brought them out more

I have lots of them and they are a bloody pain.

I'm going to see an eye doc tomorrow, incidentally, but not about the floaters.

The pop-top cans can be dangerous too, though. Twice I've pulled one of those tops back too fast and had it snap off and cut me...I still have the scars!
