Same here, I could have been that. Doesn't feel I was though.

Did do an extra Tuesday walk though. Two strolls in a park in the morning, and the scheduled walk in the afternoon.

My methylphenidate is just boring white.

Took my meds today, so far. Now I should not forget to take my L-Lysine, changing of habits sucks, when it comes to meds.

Could be. But so far nothing devastating has happened, as far as I can tell.

When I was on birth control pills I did mess up now and then. Either forgetting, (not that often) or waking in the middle of the night, thinking I forgot, and taking one with bleary eyes in the dark. Only to find out in the morning that I had taken two the day before.   :facepalm2:
