Putting up with pain at the moment so that I can delay taking 1000mg of paracetamol until I'm about to go to sleep.  That way, I'll get about 4 hours out of it before I start waking up from the pain.  Pity about the whole destroys-your-liver thing that limits the amount I can take; if it wasn't for that, I'd just take some now and top it off again when I was going to sleep.
