I am now on 3 times 5, but, will up that, once summers holidays are over. Don't know if I will go to 30, or to 20. I need it the most end afternoon, and evening. So, thinking about only upping the last dosage. Will discuss it soon, with my doctor.
My work is that relaxing and well structured, that, maybe I will skip the morning dosages, when working.

no.  and that's a bad sign.  way too much on my mind and to do.  really need to take care of myself.  right now the major medicine I need is sleep.  I've been up for 24 hours straight.

have had a pill vacation to give my organs a break.
going back to bacopa starting with 1 twice a day, and i just took the first dose.

it takes the edge off the train wreck.

I am personally quite wary of Bacopa. It has been shown to hyperacccccumulate heavy metals from the soil, to the extent where it has been considered for use in bioremediation efforts directed against contamination, including against mercury, arsenic, cadmium, aluminium                                                                                                                                                                                                       toxicity. Cd in particular is concerning, Cadmium makes lead look like a nice convenient paint flavouring for little kiddies playthings in comparison, Absolutely frightfully toxic stuff, and completely useless in terms of biological role (although I was most surprised to learn that an enzyme expressed by marine diatoms (little planktonic critters that build ornate cages, sculpture-like exoskeletal structures), I had never before hear of any biological use for Cd whatsoever.prior to just now.

I forgot, and realised in a conversation with C how chaotic and procrastinationactive I was, and why. That was half an hour after I should have taken the last pill of the day. When that dosage kicked in, I made a decent meal.

The difference is very clear, with or without. Even my mother noticed.
