I rely completely on routines. As long as I follow my procedures everything is fine, but when something happens and I need to change something about the routine, I often forget everything.

I lock up the kitchen a few nights a week at my day job, and I check everything in the same order every night.
If I don't have time to do it properly, or if I have to change the sequence, I do tend to forget things.   :thumbdn:
