   Luckily my kids are without medication. The times they have been, I did not forget their meds. My own, I am experimenting a bit with what is the best, once or twice a day. And it does depend on the weather and such too. So, bound to be forgotten.

For me it does.

It made my husband cough like crazy when he took it, so he had to take something else.

I usd to take lisinopril, but I took it for my kidneys.  I dont take that anymore. And I took my shots today and Ill be sure to take my sleeping pills tonight


I honetly think the mood stabilizer and antidepressant are shit and I dont even need them. Im not depressed and I dont have mood swings so I fail to see the point. I am being openminded but dont do anything. It is just this damned insomnia.

And one kid got a supplement, in the hope to get her bowels back to normal.

I used to take a mood stabiliser and I think all it did was make my mood stably low. Now that I am off them I feel more emotions.
