Yes.  It feels good to have rings that are loose on my finger.

I skipped my SSRI last night and had really vivid, complex dreams and slept for 11 hours.

I have really vivid, complex dreams if I eat sweets or starches in the wee hours of the morning!  :chin:

That could be from the type of work  you do.  It's hard on the hand joints, elbows, knees and feet.

Yes, there is a lot of repetitive motion, and a lot of lifting too.   :nerd!:

Don't change to being a postie then. Will do no good for your hands at all.

They aged a lot more in the past two years than in the fifteen years before I think. Flexibility isn't what it used to be anymore. And, my right thumb does have some beginning arthritic damage. They are not allowed to hire people for more than 20 hours a week for solely delivering of mail, because of what the repetition does, they told me.
Proper postmen/women, do get other things to do too, so, that can be a full time job. This is very single tasked, and that makes that it can't be a full time job.

Still taking a break from my SSRI, in the hope that shaking up my neurochemistry a bit will help me to get out of the rut I've been stuck in lately.  I had intense dreams again last night, and I feel a bit anxious today.
