I took mine at about five AM.

I took Ibuprofen, Parafon and Tylenol in mass quantities about three hours later.

I was having a bad time with my "trick hip,"  due to all the bent over work I was having to do.

I am OK, now, just a little sore from the hamstrings , mainly from too long of a bike trek in the early AM.  (meds will not fix that; only more bike treks!!)
