No, I just randomly forget now and then.  :autism:

I normally set myself a alarm for when to do or take things, that normally works for me, but it has got to have some text as a reminder, it normally works for me.

The stuff I need won't really harm me if I forget. I will notice after a few days though.
This thread most of the times helps me to remind in time, before my skin tells me.

The what are you drinking thread helps keeping me hydrated.  :thumbup:
