MY MEDS are about saving what shavings are left of my heart muscle from the damage I have done to the rest of my body over my long life.


My own body rejecting these meds makes me concerned that I can no longer protect my heart muscles from further damage.

It is becoming more apparent by the day that the shortest days of my entire life are upon me and the sun setting upon everything I have left to do is winking out for all time.

Vomiting is horrible, but one of the results is that we eventually die.



Are you taking, or have you considered a creatine supplement?  There are studies that point to it being broadly protective against secondary cell death in damaged tissues, and it might keep your heart ticking for a while longer.  I've got my mum taking it in the hope that it'll reduce any long-term damage if she gets a stroke or heart attack, and I take it myself.  I don't think it's likely to trigger vomiting, provided you get a plain creatine monohydrate powder without lots of additives; it dissolves easily, doesn't taste of much and it's never irritated my stomach or made me nauseous.
