... not really sure if that aspirin each day actually counts.

Jimi Hendrix: When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.

Ghandi: Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

The end result of life's daily pain and suffering, trials and failures, tears and laughter, readings and listenings is an accumulation of wisdom in its purest form.

'Kay,

122/74, Heart rate 58. (I have always had a relatively low heart rate, a very healthy, strong heart, despite my inherited tendency towards high blood pressure, showing up only in the past few years. This fact alone lead several doctors to ignore my impending problems with hypertension)

(anyone else care to share?)

This is still considered "Pre-Hypertension"  in the medical books. Not to be ignored. Not fucking bad at all for a man my age (fifty five and STILL COUNTING-GODDAMNIT), but damn stressful to think that I have to take four different medications to attain this level.

Basically ...

... stepping in here, again,  I just took all my seventeen pills, mostly vitamins, nutrients, anti-oxidants and "megas" (such as two milligrams of B12, two grams of vitamin C per day, for instance, minerals, etc.), mind you.
Only ones that are vital are the four BP meds, or five, if I was to count the (doctor suggested - despite my old drinking habits and the possibility of future sever liver damage -) daily aspirin regimen.

So far *crosses fingers* my blood pressure is normal, but who knows, I may have inherited my father's tendency toward hypertension...time will tell.

You mention the risk of liver damage...do you have regular blood tests to monitor your liver function as you take all those meds? :nerd!:

BP normal now high earlier today with stress.  Low blood pressure runs on my moms side of the tree they even turned her down once for giving blood because of it

My mother had minor surgery as a young adult and her BP post-op was only 90 over 60...she had to explain to the nurses that that was not as alarming as it seemed,
since she tended to have quite low BP as a rule.

Low blood pressure, till middle age running in my family, then slowly going up. I think I am past the low now, but that could have been the pressure of past years too. Will see.
Low body temperature too. And a low heart rate, also running in the family. Heart rate went up a bit too past few years. Bit over 60 now.

When my oldest was born, the nurse was worried all the time about my temperature and heart rate, and about the temperature of the baby. We were fine. The nurse was just thinking in averages.

Did apply the antibiotics. Undoing the damage of having forgotten it so many times. And it shows.
Took magnesium too, to get my muscles to relax more easy and avoid them cramping up. Does make a difference.

Yes, both the SSRI and a migraine pill.

Felt shitty and anxious for a while from a cortisol overload after taking too much caffeine.  Time to take a break from it and then start back at a lower dose.

I have high blood pressure which is controlled with just one little pill per day, Lisinopril, but I also take some OTC stuff similar to yours.  Right now, I am taking another course of antibiotics for my recent root canal and then I'll take another course of steroids.

Prompt medication ftw! :2thumbsup:

My routines are fixed.

Mine are less so, cuz I have ADD! :violin:
