  I've taken the Strattera.  The supplements can wait till after my (fasting) bloodwork.
  I don't like to take too much on an empty stomach.  The pill coatings make me queasy sometimes.  :sick:

Hope your bloods are fine. I have a test for lithium twice a year. I have to remember not to take it on the morning of the test and also remember what time I took it the night before (I take it twice a day) because the nurse writes that down. Then I have to remember to take it when I get home. I sometimes forget that bit.
