I know THAT feeling. With all the stomach pills and potions its hard to keep track of everything, the other non-guts meds included.

Morning and lunchtime meds done. I won't bother with the afternoon ones as I am at home not doing much.

Yes I have.  I like the new multivitamins, they are smaller and easier to take.  8)

Not and do it justice, not then anyway, I wasn't paying a huge amount of attention.

Know what though, I think there is a bowl of something calling for a bit of purification, something that will get my currently too bored shitless and unfocused to even have ADD executive the fuck function plugged in to the mains. And some appropriate viewing material. Thanks for the idea.

Gabapentin, further morphine (I take two formulations of it, and a breakthrough painkiller as well when needed. The breakthroughs also help for the very first few minutes after picking up a script refill after my internal tank has been reduce to the plasma level equivalent of kicking a car down a hill to move it, so dry its advertising to sub-let for scorpions and puff adder tennants and ISIS have been contemplating taking the tank as its next door to their home football ground (obviously with the severed head of a western devil, of course, since no selfrespecting selfrighteous beardy-wierdy koransturbating penis-peddlar and dirtkisser would be seen dead playing with a football that didn't have the face of a white devil:P. But really it's the climate conditions they like. Dry as cherie bliar's tampons after a years straight insertion, only with less than a thirtieth of the euphoria they must feel at being stuck up that rasping, cracked desert in the wastes of the lower reaches of Tartarus, tickling the eyelids of Kronos with their dessicated lie-whispering flaps.)

Since the breakthrough med absorbs rapidly and once a week, the first dose taken after a new script, is taken as a couple of lines up the nose. Means I need not wait for oral release from breaking down delivery systems, and instead of about an hour of feeling miserable more than I would have to otherwise, its doing its work in minutes.  The only time I tolerate being miserable and have the ability to prevent it, is if it is in the service of science. For I will not submit animals to experiments in any way. Cell lines, sure, thats fine with me single-celled organisms, fair enough. But I would not experiment upon so much as a slug or snail (actually I'll scoop them up and relocate them out of the path of feet and pedestrians in the street if needs be) It goes absolutely against my personal beliefs as to what is, and is not acceptable. I realize it is needed in some instances, but aiso full of failings and holes methodologically, scientifically, observationally and of course there are many effects that cannot BE modelled in a rat, or a dog. Can a mouse experience trancendental psychedelic manifestations? no, these, require a human animal. Or pain testing, if it is to be done to assay efficacy of a future painkiller for the service for either man or beast, then it should be man that undergoes the experiment, consensually. Where physiologically possible and without killing the person (E.g one would not test ultrapotent opioid or anaesthetizing agents upon a human frame, although one could of course recruit specifically opioid users to test superpotent opioids who specifically, already used opioids massively above the potency of fentanyl (E.g carfentanyl, as is used for  african megafauna in dart guns, would kill the average heavy opioid users with the least trace, but there are indeed people who knowingly, and ideally extremely carefully, use that selfsame drug, and thus could volunteer, and be given significant payoffs for their service in enduring the pain that otherwise would be inflicted on a monkey, cat, dog et cetera, and of course, the few hundred millions of mice and rats used annually. It is this model I believe should be the case. Hell, tell them they get free medical care for life, and assistance if needed to detox for free, from compassionate sources who will do what is clinically necessary to ensure they may get clean without undergoing a traumatic, enforced, judgemental and potentially abusive detox. In addition to care for the families and children and pets  of same.

At least thats how I would wish to see it done.
