Because I wasn't doing much at home. If I am just bumming around all day I don't take dex. Then I went out to the gym and I had a review of my workout plan. I wanted to concentrate on that so I took dex.

Not long until I run out of dex as I only have half a bottle. But I am seeing my psychiatrist tomorrow for a new script.
