Bock to taking L-Lysine in the morning. And I took some noon Ritalin. Now have to make sure I don't forget the 4 pm dosage, or

maybe it wouldn't be so bad if i actually  did take regular  meds. maybe, then,  my aspie brain would do the proper aspie thing and take it literally.

The basic problem is that  I have too many food/chemical intolerances, so I've pretty much given up on meds.
So now I feel left out  :violin:
Hmm. Maybe I should  start a "Why don't you take your meds?" thread.
But on the other hand , it would be  hard to find a reason for posting in that one every day.
