I took it for about a year. I cut out most processed sugars and am eating more raw vegetables and feel way better.

I take dexamphetamine and I have found it to be harsher than Ritalin. The up and down more pronounced. I have been taking it since 2004.

It is good that diet change has worked for you. I could learn from your example.

I refused my meds today and everyday. I am phobic about big pharma. They control the research, I know members of the Lilley Family, and big pharma is laughing all the way to the bank.

nope. supposed to take morning ones, but couldnt be fucked to get out of beds

under strict orders to take the new candy with food, so it does not disolve the lining of my stomoch. and door to the kitchen in the other house on the property. was locked. (comunal kitchen, dont ask)
