Yes.  And I did 2 miles (20 minutes) and stretches today despite missing yesterday.  I'm now up to 20 stretches of each part of my body and 54.7 miles

Yesterday I made them all.  Went to the gym, an easy 10 minutes on the bike (.9 miles) and 10 stretches of the old body parts.

Odeon, you should generally take the NSAID with food (if you can, or at least a milky drink)
And its worth asking your doc for a prescription for a combination of ranitidine or cimetidine, and a proton pump inhibitor (blocks stomach acid production), as well perhaps as some gaviscon to take alongside the NSAID, especially the PPI, it will greatly reduce GI irritation and risk of a bleed or ulcer.

Some NSAIDs are less friendly to the innards than others, which are you on, how much and what for?

I haven't taken any of my meds today. I only just woke up, after yesterday mysteriously disappeared:P

Time for a shot of gear&cyclizine, to take my morning (or rather yesterday night's) dose of clonidine, and a muscle relaxer for my leg. After I slake my thirst and suck down a few cancer sticks that is.
