I do that all the time.  I'll take 20mg of dexamphetamine and then sleep like a log for 4 hours.

Yes.  And I did 2 miles in 20 minutes.  That means I'm averaging about 6 miles per hour.  Not bad for an out-of-shape old broad.

Yes.  Yesterday I skipped the ride since I'd only been able to do 14 minutes the day before.  I'm guessing 2 days on, 1 day off will have to be the routine.  Will go this afternoon with PA.

Yes. 

And I did some exercises and rode 2.3 miles in 22 minutes. 

That makes a total of 29.9 miles.  Not a hell of a lot, but an awesome achievement for me.  I started on March 8 riding .6 of a mile in 7 minutes.
