and I went to the gym last night at 11 pm and rode 1.5 miles in 16 minutes.  I'd not been going since PA was feeling poorly and the PR was needy.  But hopefully I'll get back on the track.

Fucking right I did, and then some.

Was having a bit of a tweakfest on the ice and herbage last night, ended up shooting through something like 1.8g of the former :P

If it wasn't for its being today my meds were due to be refilled in the early AM, I wouldn't have gone for that, fuck off would I :P

The result would be a catatonicpostapocalyptic nuke site of a comedown.

Rode 1.62 miles in 17 minutes.  And did some upper body no-machine exercises.  I also took my evening Rxs.
