Good to see I am not the only one that fuzzy. I hardly ever forgot to take my contraception, but, I did wake more than once, in the middle of the night thinking I had forgotten them. Only to find out in the morning that I had taken a double dosage.

Whoops! When I was working, I took a double dose of dexamphetamine in the morning one time. I felt a bit awful for a good few hours.

Yes.  I'm considering adding my exercise here, since it is a form of medication.  Although it will probably be the previous day's report - 1.5 miles on the bike.

I did 5 kilometres today. Was harder than I expected. But, will do it again tomorrow.
Should do something like crunches still, today.  :-\

On the bright side, I took all meds.

Went to the gym after the AA meeting.  Did 1.5 miles in 1 minute, 15 seconds less time than last night.  My heart rate has decreased too.  Maybe there is something to this exercise thing after all.
