Going to bash my head against a wall.
You'll never self-actualize the subconscious canopy of stardust with that attitude.

There must be a less dangerous way to express your frustration.  ???

Going back into the SSI office to try and get an official letter of denial from them saying mom didn't have medicare (she didn't).

Her health insurance is still saying she did and wants proof otherwise, so they are refusing payment on everything until then.  :zombiefuck:

^ Ugh. good luck with that.

The usual. Errands and teaching. Hoping the ex decides not to work from home. I've only seen him for a total of 5 mins since Friday night so I'm sure that has something to do with my peaceful frame of mine.

Be careful, you know what that means. He's thinking of a way to destroy it.

Not trying to be negative, but just be ready.

Meh. I don't go there in my head anymore. If I did, I'd be locked in a cycle of what if and waiting for him to strike and all that does is give him more power. I know what you're trying to say though. I don't expect for him to ever change but I can't keep letting him hold me back. I've got good things going and I intend on enjoying them to the fullest.

Good. You're taking the power and control away from him.

Slowly but surely. I expect it to swing the other way at some point but a big part of why his anger has escalated at home is that he's running out of options to make things go the way he wants it to legally and his days of controlling everyone and everything are numbered. I have to change my mindset to be able to offset that or else fear would consume me. More of a survival technique if anything.

Makes me think of what you said recently about "this.does.not.work.". Sinks in a lot slower for some people.

You'd think a computer programmer would be able to recognize when something is obviously not working.

But from the flipside if there's an error that is preventing you from getting to your goal you re-work it over and over and over again until it does what you want it to do. As the software creator he's always in charge and always running the show.

But after a certain point (say, two and a half fucking years), one has to realize that it just isn't going to work.

Asked my kids to make some plans for tomorrow.

Will be working on Math with the oldest in the morning, she'll do Dutch on her own. We have to catch up on all the stuff she missed the past 5 weeks.
In the afternoon I will help the youngest, who wants to sow something.
At lunchtime, I'll get tortured by the physiotherapist.

Can't plan anything more spectacular on this Monday holiday. My back prevents it, as does the stomach of the oldest. She now got a kind of stomach bug. But, all in all, her general fitness and health is improving.
