The calcium and other nutritional supplements are to help the bone and cartilage and incision in my ankle heal, but I think it's a good idea for all premenopausal women to take extra calcium anyway so ther bones will be as strong as possible when they reach menopause.

Is that what it is called there? Here, haloperidol is called Serenace. I still take it at night, along with lamotrigine. Which has reminded me that I ought to go and take it now.

I think it's called Haldol here.  My grandmother used to take it.
