Here's what I just mixed up in the blender:

1 1/2 cups Parrot Bay coconut rum (we just had it around)
2 1/2 bananas
1 cup milk
a tsp or two of cinnamon
2 or 3 tsp of cinnamon
7 ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla extract

and before you think I lobbed anything off of myself don't worry, I pretty much drank the whole thing.
