nah - having a night off from alcohol, and read today that peppermint can cool down eczema, so i'm giving it a go (along with putting peppermint oil in the skin cream i make up).

i'm drinking a Tyskie. it means german or germany. i bought 5 beers all named after germany. :laugh: 3 Tyskies and 2 Germanias.

Lots of water.
I may not be able to catch up with my normal (ridiculous) amount of heavy water consumption, though. I seem to become dehydrated at work. I can't seem to offset huffing cardboard box dust.
