Coffee to mellow out some, but I'm looking at a well stocked liquor cabinet and trying to find regard for my shortlived sobriety. I just had another really disgusting telephone rejection to a job application.

No more brewing teas for me, I have decided to drink straight herbs because it seems wasteful.  I just read however that taking massive amounts of dried chamomile can cause vomiting, but taking herbs straight is cheeper than brewing a whole mess full of tea and throwing the bag away, not to mention the wait of brewing and heating up water.
