Considering what tarrif (sorry, cant think of words properly tonight) I'm gonna go for. Nobody really has much in the way of good international call rates and if it appears they do it turns out if you read further they don't. Also eating jelly cubes from the packet, too lazy to make it properly.

Keep looking, there may be a really good one for you too. It can depend on what national phone-calls cost.

I've now found one where I can call for about 5 cts per phone-call. Very pleased with that one.
