Hmm... That's actually not too bad an idea; you could make one that detects Norton, which can be just as damaging as a virus, and removes it completely (the uninstaller doesn't). It would save many users from excessive system resource hogging and the additional instability it causes. ;)
i believe that norton is a scam.

Norton used to be OK. Now it's buggy and consumes a lot of resources.
