I guess the Baltic must keep things milder, but, I'm surprised that there isn't "Sea effect" snow in the south.

on zomg i make everyone have an hour limit for everyone lol , so they cant plus anyone for an hour after plussing one person. or maybe i changed it, it might be like it is on here now. sophie cheated with mine though, so i have over 1000 karma on there, but only about 150 of them are real  :laugh:
