Why do you think that you two were targets of bullying? You just weren't as normal as them, or not a part of the cool kids crowd. I have been bullied myself and it was usually because I wore glasses, was short, and other things. You seem to be implying that it would be not so bad if you were super admired, pretty etc and she tried to bully you. If she was bullying you for those reasons, she would still be a bitch hahaha. She was in a position to bully you, so she had to be in some sort of "in" crowd. The only real power she had/has comes from who she knows.
