Oh, there are things I "must" do.  BTW, I HATE IT when a therapist says, in a sickly sweet voice, "Well, there isn't anything you HAVE to do.  Everything is your choice."  Or some similar nonsense.  YES, THERE ARE THINGS I HAVE TO DO.

If I don't take adquate care of the PR she can be removed from us and I can be charged with mistreatment of a handicapped person (not sure of legal term).  If I don't help PA then he'll have another heart attack or something and I'll still have to do stuff plus take care of him.  And other stuff.

Thanks.  I definitely need my Martyr Complex tuned up.  It's had some new ideas put in it and they're not synching with the older parts.  Just need a few run-throughs to calm it down.
