Medieval things like the Queen? ![Tongue :P](http://www.intensitysquared.com/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)
More medievalier than that! ![2 Thumbs Up :2thumbsup:](http://www.intensitysquared.com/Smileys/default/2thumbsup.gif)
For some reason, I have always longed to travel back in time to medieval England.
I assume I feel a connection to it because of some of my ancestry, but why that particular period in time?
I'm not sure, it just fascinates me. One day I must get to England, preferably to Ripon, where some of my roots are. ![Litigious is BRAVE! :viking:](http://www.intensitysquared.com/Smileys/default/Viking.gif)
There is a place in ripon called 'fountains abbey' which dates back to the year 1100. i think it was founded by monks. anyway it's well worth a visit on your forthcoming trip cbc!!
Fountains Abbey and the surroundings are absolutely gorgeous.
Could we one day meet in Ripon CBC? Been a long I was there.
I would love to. Let's make some plans. ![Smiley :)](http://www.intensitysquared.com/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
me too, me too, me too
Yes, that would be epic! You are the Warrior Queen, you could show us around your old battlefields! ![Litigious is BRAVE! :viking:](http://www.intensitysquared.com/Smileys/default/Viking.gif)
Ah, that would be epic indeed. My name means I am, ready for battle, a battle woman, battle stronghold. My second name tells I am good with a spear. And my surname seems to mean that I handle the rudder well.
