SLEEPING!!!! Fucking mind won't shut off!!! :finger: How am I supposed to function in society if i can't defend myself when verbally abused and threatened??? I just can't comprehend this!!! It may seem so simple to others, but my fundamental and most core beliefs are now in question!!!

It would be hard for me to sleep too. Certain things enrage me and I find it so hard to let them go. For better or for worse,
that kind of anger may eventually exhaust you to the point that you are able to sleep, and after sleeping you may feel better
even though the situation will still suck. If I ever fly over Virginia I will give it one of these  :upyours:  from the safety of the plane!
