Finshed out the day with two apples.  That makes seven apples I've had, plus... see if I can remember... 4 veggie turkey slices, 1 serving of instant mashed potatoes, 1/2 a string cheese log and, I think, 4 weight watchers bagels.  Finally feel full.  That's kinda rare for me.
