Luckily he went back to WP.  some of the crap he writes over there is awful.  We need a screening tool.  The current process is rather cumbersome.

Current process:  abuse a newbie till s/he cracks turns and runs.

Proposed process:  ask "are you so boring and pathetic that the suicide hotline keeps hanging up on you".....
