I know a batshit insane girl. She has severe schizophrenia. I drive her to doctors appointments and to the grocery store sometimes cause no one else will. She delights in telling me all about how George Washington is her father, and she owns all the stores on Main Street. I just agree, and smile, and try to take small talk
