  Oval.  Ooooooooooooval.  It looks like what it means.  The first letter is an oval.

  Cameo pins are often oval-shaped.  Cameos are also an American brand of cookie,
  vanilla-flavored cream-filled wafer sandwiches, crunchy but mild-flavored and sweet. 
  The cookies are not quite oval, but close enough.


  I am an oval. :cbc:   Or maybe I am an ovoid?  Which looks like opioid.
