I trimmed about "half a cat's worth" of fur out of my beard and it is still quite full looking. Almost reaches my collar bone again.

Freedom + money + fun.  I'm pretty pleased.  It's the kind of job nobody gets right out of law school, but I leveraged my business background in the best possible way.

Right now, I have the entire day off from work.

I have been working with a hand saw to remove a twenty six inch diameter maple tree from my back yard. I am within an inch or two from the center on all sides and the hard-ass thing it still standing. (DO not worry; after I remove this trash tree, I will plant several more around my yard this season.  /YIKESes'es to paraphrase Gollum's oratory style) I am using this project as a kind of exercise to continue preparing my upper and middle body for the rigors of my gardening plans for the coming spring. If you do not believe that hand sawing a big ass maple is good exercise, then you should try it!

Getting my nosy/overly helpful neighbors to put away their chain saws has become an epic neighborhood watch issue. No ONE wants my shit tree to take out the Telephone, cable TV and electrical cables that it is growing too close to. Nor do I!
I would not even allow my "best buddy" neighbor to cut me a proper chock to remove so that the tree falls away from the cables. I did it myself in two evenings after work. A little more sawing by hand and this bullshit tree will fall safely into my back yard where I can take my time making fireplace wood out of its growing efforts.

I am SO close to hearing a satisfying and FINAL   KKKRRREEEEEEAAAAAAAAAACCCKKK!!  out of this tree.

THE final KKRREEEEAAAAAAAACCCCKKKK  has sounded. I managed to take down that fucking huge maple with hand tools.

I was tired, but I also got three of the largest limbs off.

Damn thing takes up most of the yard, but I can just stand there with my saw, now, instead of having to climb a ladder, and make firewood out of the whole thing!

I forgot to mention; the last few fibers holding up this huge tree were about one inch in diameter when I finally sawed through the "last" one strong and it finally gave way and fell.

  Recently I thought, "I like my work."  I wrap everything as close to airtight as possible.  I thoroughly
  bleach my bench after working with raw meat or eggs.  I care very much about cross-contamination.
  I make sandwiches very neatly.  I feel bad when my desserts turn out wrong, and I'm always trying to
  figure out how to do better.  I step up and do extra cleaning when I can.  I'm worth my pay.  :viking:

Bleach?!! Even I'm not that bad. :P I only use bleach on mould and the toilet. Otherwise all I use to clean work surfaces is washing-up liquid, then I rinse it well cos I get a skin rash from it. I use washing-up liquid on sinks and the bathroom, I keep them very clean so no mould dares to appear. I can't stand mould, especially mouldy bathrooms and kitchens.

Men are filthy creatures, most of my exes had *repulsive* bathrooms, and got insulted when I called them out on it. How do men let a giant lump of...stuff, just grow in the toilet? What the Hell are you men on??! How does that big lump even get there?!
