that's true actually. I have been spending way too much time in bed. by the time I got up and had a shower yesterday (11pm) it was about 34 hours since I'd been toilet :o

Then you're not going to feel better. Up and shower. That always makes you feel better. Then you'll have more energy and you can take a short walk outside. With or without Lilly. Or go in the backyard for a bit. Take some fall pictures. But you need to get up.

Bit of a painkiller, to prevent you cramping up with pain. And then a short walk with Lily. Will do you good. And yes, Bones will be more fun to watch after that. And Lily will love you for it.



I'm not a dog person, but, thought that if I ever lived on my own, I might want one, because it would mean I would have to get out of the house a couple of times a day. Lily is good for your health Soph. One of the best meds there is.
