Tired, even though IO've been in bed all day. Still not going out except on uni days. It's been a whole month - dunno if it's from Flo dying or from my change in meds, something's not right though

That's not good Soph.  It could be a combo of all three but I think you need to try and change it if you can. Can you take Lily for a walk? Since winter is coming up you'll be indoors more anyway. Get out now while the weather is fairly decent. Even if it's just a 10 mins walk, it will be good for you.

Yeah you're right. I have been out for a walk about twice the last few weeks, but that's only on days whre I've had to get up anyway for uni. I can't seem to get myself out of bed unless I have to, which is unusual for me. I mean I'm always lazy lol, but I usually try and get up and go out every day unless I'm not feeling well.

I'll get up tomorrow and go out. Well I plan to anyway, keep sayiong that though and then don't

enjoyed having my friends over, but now I'm way overstimulated and stuck in my head. But that means putting my headphones and music on drowns out the world and makes it better.
