Content that 5-HTP has helped with the late night hunger I get from the seraquil and I feel relaxed.
It's pretty good of course it depends on the individual how well it works.
It's somthing apsies should give a try. It's a natural mood stabilizer.

5-HTP helped a lot against my OCD but it also made me completely hyper.
