Bored shitless and irritated
Existence actually has two broad meanings despite its apparent meaningless. The constant reconciliation of all its parts, and the conservation of any closed system as a whole.

Morality can be extrapolated from these meanings to make these two commandments of godless morality: 1). Be in harmony with one another and 2). Care for the environment.

Sad! My 16-year old cat Booger had surgery Friday to remove a tumor from her abdomen. It didn' look good and they had to remove some of her intestine. The lining of the intestine was thick, which indicates probable intestinal cancer. Will get lab results later this week, but the prognosis is not good. :'(

I hope that you feel better soon.  I have never had a kidney stone myself, but I know people who have and I know they hurt.

Will they do lithotripsy or put in a stent or will it just have to come out on its own?

I had a kidney stone once and it hurt more than I thought was possible. They let it come out on its own. :hide:

I'm sorry about your cat.  I had a dog named Booger when I was a kid.

Really sorry about Booger, Trigger. I hope it doesn't turn out to be cancer, but if it is, hopefully it's further operable. It's so difficult to see animals going through pain like that.  :(

Thanks. It's a yearly exercise. It's a helluva drive (and one that I made a week ago, in the other direction, I should add) but it's pretty much worth it.
