Actually, referring back to the thread, I am trashed.

Exhausted from work. I had to "manage"  too many people today.

I ave told the bosses that we need help sometimes and they have responded with sending me nine people who know nothing.

I want to choose my team and i will be fine with four people who have a brain each, thus saving NOP (net operating profit) dollars in the long run.
