Sorry, I only just now read that you are having trouble explaining to your children the death of their grandmother, Trigger.

I know how hard it is to do.

I'm sorry to say that I have a lot of experience explaining it to my daughter by now, since I lost my mother when my daughter was six, my brother last year, and my father this year.

I think that it depends on how old your children are and what your and your wife's personal beliefs are regarding death and what happens then, but someone recommended a book to me called "The Fall of Freddy the Leaf" to explain death to young children.  Here's a link to it on Amazon:

I've been near anxiety attack all day.

Finally calmed now.

i wish i could sleep so i wouldn't have to deal with it but sometimes i can only do about 4 hours a night and tonight might be one of those.
