i'd like to be me before i ate too much cake and then just not eat the cake, in fact i would burn the cake so it would never bother anyone again. and then i'd be fine. and i would watch house and youtube videos and not be aware of the hell that i was about to experience.

Have you gone to a doctor?  WTF!  They should give you some antibiotics.  You might have some extreme allergies.  I always get a cold when it is cold outside, sometimes sinus infections.
