I think it's at least partly because the popular media sells the idea that 'real' women have huge tits, asses and hips and look like they've just had triplets, and that anyone who's slim and slight of frame must be 14.  It's also partly due to jealousy, I suspect.

all that "real women" crap pisses me off
the girls i like are generally thin
and i find it hypocritical for people to complain about how they're treated badly for being "fat", but then they can turn around and say others aren't "real women" just because they're thin

She's advertised as being 19, though the real age for these women is often a little higher, since the 'stage age' often isn't updated as the model ages.
